3.3.1 The purpose for which your personal data is processed is to register your application for a vacancy published on our website. If your application leads to the start of a selection procedure, we will process your personal data for the creation and/or refinement of your profile, which means that we will process all necessary data required to assess your application with a view to possible recruitment and employment. This assessment may also include an assessment by an external party.

3.3.2 You can also create an account via our website so that your personal data is automatically filled in each time you log in and consult your schedule or apply for vacancies on our website. In this way, we try to make it easier for you to consult your schedule or application, and you avoid having to fill in your personal information again and again.

3.3.4 In the event of a positive assessment and decision to recruit you, we will also use your personal data to prepare the employment contract.

•    with a view to concluding and executing agreements concluded with you;

• in the context of the legitimate interests of our company and/or a third party, such as (but not limited to) the smooth running of our business activities, customer and supplier management, etc. In this context, we will always determine on a case-by-case basis whether our interests outweigh your interests, fundamental rights, and freedoms.

4.2.2 If we are legally required to obtain your free, informed, specific, and unambiguous consent to process your personal data for certain purposes (e.g., specific direct marketing or market research activities), we will only process your data for these purposes when we have received such consent from you.


4.3  I am a job applicant (including registered employees)

4.3.1 The processing of your personal data is necessary to allow you to use the website and planning services, as well as to take measures prior to entering into an employment contract, and it is in our legitimate interest, i.e. the interest in assessing you before making you an offer of employment, which we believe is also in your interest (or in any case does not outweigh our interest). Keeping your data for a specific period of time in order to contact you in the event of future opportunities is also in our legitimate interest.

  • Registration as an employee

       You can create an account as an employee via our website. In this context, we process your login details (email address and password) and the following personal information: first name, last name, national registration number, date and place of birth, country of birth, language, account number, driver's license, transportation, employee type, email, address, nationality, marital status, dependents, telephone number, and emergency contact details.  

  • Registration as an employer

       You can create an account as an employer via our website. In this context, we process your login details (email address and password) and the following personal information: first name, last name, VAT number, telephone number, sector, region, and salesperson.


As part of our recruitment and selection procedure, the processing of personal data may also include:

  • personal details (place and date of birth, nationality, gender, hobbies and interests, etc.);
  • your photo, if you voluntarily provide it to us;
  • information relating to your professional experience (profile, information about former employers, termination of previous employment and work performed, special projects, etc.), including a reference check if you have provided references in your CV;
  • information relating to your education (diplomas, certificates, internships, special training, etc.);
  • language skills;
  • if applicable, whether or not you have a work and/or residence permit for the European Economic Area (EEA);

  • Where applicable, the personal data contained in your criminal record extract, provided that this is done in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016.
  • all other personal data (other than those mentioned above) that must be processed by law.


You are not obliged to provide us with this information. However, the more complete the application form is, the faster the right match can be found.
 

8. To whom can we pass on your personal data?

11. How long is your personal data stored?

11.3.1 We will retain your personal data for the period necessary in light of the purposes mentioned above. If the application results in a contractual relationship between the parties, the processing of your personal data will continue on the basis of the privacy agreement that forms part of the contractual relationship entered into. If the application does not result in an employment relationship, your personal data will be retained for one year after the end of the recruitment procedure for the purposes discussed above.

11.3.2. However, depending on the specific situation and the applicable national legislation, we may retain your personal data for longer periods. This will be the case in particular if one of the following periods is longer: 

  • as long as necessary for the activity or service concerned;
  • the legally required retention period; or

12.1 Automated decisions are decisions about individuals that are based solely on the automated processing of personal data and that have legal effects that significantly affect the individuals concerned.
